1. Give us a quick overview of your business?

Ans.We are an IT solution communication company called ‘NMC – Network Managers Company,’ offering end-to-end IT requirements.

2. How did our solution help your business to achieve your objectives?

Ans. We were working on a project called TEDBESHA, in which we needed help in creating an e-commerce platform for a fashion industry. MobiCommerce helped us to create the same with its excellent feature-rich solution which is highly flexible and scalable. It has enabled us to satisfy our client’s requirement with a great solution, continuous support, and assistance.

3. What challenges did you face in your industry that led you to look for a solution like ours?

Ans. We ourselves build IT solutions for our clients but we could not build an integrated system for ecommerce project like this and thus we decided to choose you to create the best solution for our client. We did try to build the software but our attempt lacked in some areas and needed expert’s knowledge to build the great project.

4. How long have you been using our solution?

Ans.  It’s been a year now we worked upon TEDBESHA project.

5. Did you explore any other solutions prior to this that did not work out? If so, what happened?

Ans. We did try other solutions but the problem we faced was regarding the method of work and uncomfortable work environment. There was neither a proper communication pattern nor any support from the team, which forced us to choose a better alternative like MobiCommerce.

6. What made our solution stand out against our competitors?

Ans. We were looking for an e-commerce technology partner not only for TEDBESHA project but for multiple upcoming projects. 8. What is your future planning of expanding your business and how you think our solution can help you out in the expansion?

Ans. We might go for expanding process in the future for TEDBESHA project. We can’t think of a better team than MobiCommerce to work with as the client had already worked with you earlier and had received satisfactory results.

9. Would you recommend MobiCommerce to others?

Ans. We already did recommend Mobicommerce twice and that won’t be the last.
