Ans. Top Pazaar is an online shopping mall, a one-stop shopping destination fulfilling all the electronics, fashion, health, beauty, food and restaurant needs across Qatar. We believe in bringing the best shopping experience to our shoppers.
2. How did our solution help your business to achieve its objectives?
Ans. As we were already having our website, we were looking for a partner who would help us in building a Mobile App for our store and Mobicommerce became our perfect technology partner in developing our app totally in sync with our store. The solution to a larger extent has helped us in gaining new customers.
3. What challenges or needs did you face in your industry that led you to look for a solution like ours?
Ans. Mobile Apps nowadays are more popular as compared to websites, and when your shoppers are present on mobiles, you anyhow should have your presence there to cater them. So developing an appropriate mobile app to serve our customers was one of the biggest needs that led us to approach Mobicommerce.

Ans. It’s been around 5 months we are associated with Mobicommerce and are using their solution without any glitch.

Ans. No, our first choice was Mobicommerce only and we are quite happy with it.

Ans. We found it quite simple and easy in comparison to what we had thought.

Ans. There was not much training needed as we found the process very simple. Support is the best part of Mobicommerce. The team is very prompt and guides throughout. Had a great experience and hope to execute more projects with Mobicommerce in future.
9. What is your future planning of expanding your business and how you think our solution can help you out in the expansion?
Ans. Our plan is to go for Mass Business in a few months or maybe in a year of time and we look forward to having a solution in sync with our future business requirements.
