Try Before You Buy
We offer 7-day free, fully functional trial versions for all of our products this way you can download MobiCommerce extension, install it on your store, create mobile apps and preview/try before you buy. These trial versions let you fully evaluate our product to ensure it meets your needs & expectations prior to making a purchase decision. None of our product requires paid license to enable its full functionality.
During your trial period, our support staff is available to assist you in installation and configuration via email, ticket or telephone. We strongly recommend downloading, installing, and testing the trial version of any MobiCommerce product prior to making a purchase.
Circumstances Refund May Applicable
In rare instances and only within 30 days of purchase, failure of the product to perform its designed function, we may, at our discretion, issue a refund minus our order processing, applied customization cost (if any), banking fees.
Circumstances Refund Will not be Applicable
No refund will be available after the refund period is over.
Our Refund Policy applies only to MobiCommerce Mobile App License purchased directly from MobiCommerce. Purchases made from 3rd party or resellers, must be returned to that 3rd party or reseller, which may in turn be subject to different returns policies than ours.
The refund will apply only to the primary (first) MobiCommerce Mobile App License bought from our website. If you buy another MobiCommerce Mobile App License at a later time, this will not be subject to a refund request.
If you own more than one MobiCommerce Mobile App Licenses, no refund will be available.
Any purchase of the MobiCommerce Mobile App License at a discount price, with customization included, is non-refundable.
If our delivered product do not function as designed, due to conflict with 3rd party program, plugin or customization done on your web store.
Procedure to be followed
Send an email requesting cancellation to firstname.lastname@example.org. We require that you provide enough information for us to positively evaluate your refund request (e.g., your company name, store url, date of transaction, list of function which are not performing as designed etc.).
If a refund is approved, and once we have validated and confirmed that the product was purchased from our website, we will process a credit within 7-10 business days.
Acceptance of this Policy
It is your responsibility to familiarize yourself with this refund policy. By placing an order for any of our products or services or by using any part of the website or providing personal information to us, you indicate that you have read this refund policy and that you agree with and fully accept the terms of this refund policy.
If you do not agree with or fully accept the terms of this refund policy, we ask that you do not place an order with us and do not use our website.
